The Phase II expansion will add 261,168 square feet, bringing the project to nearly 689,000 square feet across five buildings, with delivery expected in Spring 2027.
ConnectCRE reports that a venture between Formation Interests and Crescent Real Estate has started construction on Phase II of Formation Park 10, an industrial development in Goodyear, Arizona.
The Phase II work includes a three-building expansion totaling 261,168 square feet. When combined with Phase I, Formation Park 10 is expected to reach nearly 689,000 square feet of industrial space across five buildings on 44 acres.
The development is located at Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way, with direct access and visibility to Interstate 10. Phase II is designed to serve occupiers looking for single-tenant space of 100,000 square feet or more, as well as flexible spaces ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 square feet.
Deutsch Architecture Group, Kimley Horn, and RVI designed Phase II, Willmeng is the general contractor, and CBRE is overseeing leasing. Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2027, according to ConnectCRE.
