Foxlink Group to convert AllianceTexas site into PCBA plant
The 147,780-square-foot facility at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway is expected to add about 900 jobs at full capacity, with production set to start in August 2026.
Foxlink Group has purchased Alliance Gateway 17 at AllianceTexas in Fort Worth, Texas, planning to establish a new PCBA manufacturing operation, according to ConnectCRE.
The project calls for converting a 147,780-square-foot site at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway into an advanced manufacturing facility supporting key production steps in Foxlink’s surface mount technology, along with final assembly, testing and packaging.
Foxlink plans to integrate AI-driven robotics, high-performance computing, and intelligent security solutions into the manufacturing workflow, including AI-driven automation on the production floor.
Production at the new facility is expected to begin in August 2026, and Foxlink expects the plant to create approximately 900 jobs when fully operational.
ConnectCRE also noted Foxlink selected AllianceTexas for its transportation access, location, access to a skilled workforce, and proximity to North Texas’ advanced manufacturing ecosystem.
