Pacific IOS Ventures buys 15-acre industrial property in Portland
The acquisition expands Pacific IOS Ventures’ portfolio to six properties totaling about 75 acres across West Coast logistics markets.
Pacific IOS Ventures, a West Coast-focused industrial real estate investment company, has acquired 10001 N. Rivergate Boulevard, a 15-acre industrial property in Portland’s Rivergate Industrial District, ConnectCRE reports.
The site is positioned within the Portland area’s industrial and logistics hub and offers access to the Port of Portland, regional rail networks, and major interstate routes including Interstate 5 and Interstate 84.
ConnectCRE says the transaction was marketed by Buzz Ellis and the JLL Industrial Capital Markets team. Pacific IOS Ventures was advised by Justin Horowitz and the team at Cooper Horowitz, while leasing efforts will be led by Jerry Matson of Colliers’ Portland office.
According to ConnectCRE, the deal represents the first investment completed under the Pacific IOS Ventures platform. With Rivergate, the firm’s portfolio now includes six properties totaling approximately 75 acres across key West Coast logistics markets.
