Xtranet Technologies IPO opens for subscription, sets ₹120-127 price band
The offer targets ₹167 crore and is scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on July 30, with allotment due on July 28.
Xtranet Technologies opened its initial public offering for subscription on July 23 and plans to close it on July 27, with a price band set at ₹120 to ₹127 per share, LiveMint Markets reports.
The IPO aims to raise ₹167 crore via a fresh issue of 1.31 crore equity shares with no offer-for-sale component. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on July 28, refunds for unsuccessful applicants are slated for July 29, and shares are scheduled to be credited to demat accounts around the same date.
Xtranet Technologies’ proceeds are intended mainly for repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings, capital expenditure for purchasing and installing systems and hardware, and funding working capital, with the remainder for general corporate purposes. The issue has a lot size of 110 shares, requiring a minimum retail investment of ₹13,970 at the top end of the price band.
Ahead of the public issue, the company raised ₹50 crore from anchor investors. LiveMint Markets also notes a grey market premium of ₹13, implying a likely debut around ₹140, a premium of 10.24% versus the IPO price, and cites an order book of ₹356.96 crore as of April 30, 2026.
