Fraling named customer service representative for Brock Grain Systems

World Grain reports that Thomas Fraling has been named customer service representative for Brock Grain Systems, a grain storage and handling systems provider. According to World Grain, his role will focus on customer support that includes planning, scheduling, and coordinating dealer shipments to support timely and accurate logistics execution.
World Grain also says Fraling joined Brock Grain Systems in 2025 as a transportation coordinator and has more than four years of experience in transportation coordination, with an education from Indiana Technical Institute of Fort Wayne.
