JLL lists Legacy Central office campus in Plano for sale
The three-building campus totals 706,395 square feet and has a weighted average lease term of 5.3 years.
JLL has listed a three-building office campus at Legacy Central in Plano, Texas, for sale, totaling 706,395 square feet, according to ConnectCRE.
The buildings are fully leased to multiple blue-chip tenants, including Samsung Electronics, Nokia, Freddie Mac and Publicis. Samsung previously announced that it selected the offices as its corporate US headquarters.
ConnectCRE reports that Regent Properties and Hana Financial are the owners. The property was originally built in 1985 as Texas Instruments’ corporate headquarters and later underwent a $114 million renovation by Regent between 2016 and 2021.
JLL marketing the asset, with Jonathan Napper, Macki McKim, Bailey Wood and Mike McDonald named as the listing team. No listing price was disclosed in the report.
