Orient Technologies wins ₹76.2 crore NPCI server order
The purchase order, excluding GST, is set to run for 18 weeks and includes end-of-sale support plus a seven-year warranty.
Orient Technologies said it has secured a purchase order from India’s National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to supply servers, with the contract valued at ₹76.2 crore excluding GST.
The order is scheduled for execution over 18 weeks and covers servers with end-of-sale support and a seven-year warranty, supported by back-to-back backing from the OEM, according to the company.
The contract was awarded by NPCI, the payments and settlement systems umbrella organization, and Orient Technologies said it strengthens its position in delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions and IT infrastructure capabilities.
Despite the new order, LiveMint Markets noted the stock has been volatile following a prolonged sell-off, falling to an all-time low of ₹220 in March and down 37% so far in 2026, and it said public shareholders hold a 29.3% stake as of the end of the June quarter.
