Strive’s SATA preferred shares rebound close to $100 par
Strive’s SATA has climbed from a June low of $83.30 to about $97, putting it within roughly 3% of its $100 par value.
Strive’s SATA preferred shares have recovered from their late-June selloff, moving back to around $97, about 3% below their $100 par value, according to Yahoo Finance data cited by Cointelegraph.
Cointelegraph reports the SATA instrument was launched in November 2025 to help finance the expansion of Strive’s Bitcoin treasury using preferred equity rather than additional common shares. The variable-rate perpetual preferred stock is designed to trade near par by adjusting its dividend rate, tying capital raising to market pricing.
Cointelegraph also notes that a similar variable-dividend preferred offering from Strategy, STRC, fell sharply in the same late-June period but has continued trading below par at around $87.
Jan3 founder and CEO Samson Mow told Cointelegraph that improving performance from Bitcoin treasury preferred-share products may signal renewed confidence in the sector, pointing to ongoing refinements by treasury companies and a July 15 launch by Lyn Alden’s Orange Juice.
