Xtranet Technologies IPO is fully subscribed, BSE and NSE listing set
The IPO price band is ₹120-127 per share, with the listing date tentatively set for 30 July on both BSE and NSE.
LiveMint Markets reported that the Xtranet Technologies IPO was fully subscribed on its first day of bidding, with the offer running from 23 July to 27 July.
The company set the IPO price band at ₹120-127 per equity share and plans to list its shares on BSE and NSE, with the listing date tentatively scheduled for 30 July.
Retail investors can apply in lots of 110 shares, while the allocation reserves up to 50% of the net issue for Qualified Institutional Buyers, at least 35% for Retail Individual Investors, and at least 15% for Non-Institutional Investors.
LiveMint Markets added that the IPO grey market premium, cited as GMP, is +8 at present, implying an estimated listing price of ₹135 at the upper end of the price band, which would be 6.3% above ₹127. The outlet also said SBI Securities assigned a Neutral rating, pointing to the firm’s government IT project execution and strong growth metrics cited for FY24-FY26.
