Bharti Airtel sets Aug. 4 for June-quarter earnings results
The company said its trading window will be closed from July 1 to Aug. 6, while it also prepares audited standalone and consolidated results.
Bharti Airtel will announce its earnings for the quarter ended June 2026 on August 4, 2026, the telecom operator said in an exchange filing. The board is scheduled to meet the same day to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the June 30 quarter, according to the filing.
The announcement comes as investors track signals from Indian telecom peers on subscriber additions, ARPU, 5G monetisation, revenue growth and profitability during the June quarter. Airtel also said its securities trading window will be closed from July 1, 2026, through August 6, 2026, in line with its insider trading code.
In its most recent reported quarter, Bharti Airtel posted mixed performance for the March quarter (Q4 FY26). Consolidated net profit fell 33.5% year over year to ₹ 7,325.1 crore, even as revenue from operations rose 15.7% to ₹ 55,383.2 crore.
The company attributed revenue growth to momentum in India and a strong Africa business, and said India segment revenue increased 7.7% year over year to ₹ 39,566 crore. Airtel reported ARPU improved to ₹ 257 from ₹ 245 a year earlier, and ended the quarter with a total customer base of 66.6 crore across 15 countries, including 48.2 crore in India and 18.4 crore in Africa.
