Bridge Logistics Properties buys 782,775-sq-ft distribution facility in Washington

The Frederickson, Washington asset is completed in 2024 and is fully leased long term to Harbor Freight Tools.

Bridge Logistics Properties (BLP) announced it acquired 6920 192nd Street, a 782,775-square-foot distribution facility in Frederickson, Washington, in the Seattle-Tacoma metro area, according to ConnectCRE.

The transaction is BLP’s largest acquisition to date in the Seattle market. The property was completed in 2024 and is fully leased on a long-term basis to Harbor Freight Tools.

ConnectCRE said the facility was developed by Panattoni and delivered in 2024 as part of the Fred310 industrial development in Frederickson.

The 53.3-acre site is about 17 miles from the Port of Tacoma and supports BLP’s network of more than 1,600 stores nationwide, with Cushman & Wakefield brokering the deal.
