Grun Group files plans for two 99-unit apartment buildings in the Bronx

Real estate developer Grun Group has filed plans with the New York City Department of Buildings to build two 99-unit residential apartment buildings in the Bronx’s Woodlawn Heights neighborhood, according to Commercial Observer. If approved, the first building would be located at 4241 Webster Avenue, with the project planned for 59,611 square feet and 99 units spread across eight floors. A second building would be placed nearby at 4230 Peters Place, covering 68,733 square feet and also containing 99 units. Both sites are currently parking lots, and the DOB filings reportedly do not include much additional detail. Grun Group did not immediately respond to the outlet’s request for comment.
