MV Electrosystems sets IPO price band at ₹400 to ₹425 per share
The IPO plans to raise up to ₹290 crore via a fresh equity issue, with listing on NSE and BSE expected around August 6.
MV Electrosystems has set an IPO price band of ₹400 to ₹425 per equity share, with a face value of ₹5, ahead of its public subscription period.
The company will open the anchor investor bidding on July 29 for one day, followed by public subscriptions from July 29 to August 3. Investors can apply for a minimum of 34 shares, with bids accepted in multiples of 34 shares thereafter.
According to the draft papers, around 75% of the issue is reserved for the QIB segment, with 15% for NIIs and 10% for retail. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on August 4, and the IPO is tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 6.
MV Electrosystems manufactures electrical and power electronics equipment for railway rolling stock, including propulsion systems and switchgear panels. The offer comprises a fully fresh issue intended to raise up to ₹290 crore, while the company reported a net loss of ₹12.6 crore for the financial year ended March 2026, after a net profit of ₹1.4 crore in the prior year, with revenue declining 21% year-on-year to ₹49.4 crore, according to LiveMint Markets.
