Trump administration seeks Supreme Court review of mail-in voting limits

CNBC Markets reports that the Trump administration asked the US Supreme Court to intervene in a dispute over mail-in voting restrictions.

A federal appeals court had kept the limits blocked in 23 states that brought the lawsuit, and the appeals court said states must be prepared for potentially disruptive election changes.

The court ruling means the blocked restrictions remained in place while the legal fight continues.
