Lone Star Funds buys Premier Place office tower in Dallas

Premier Place spans 458,000 square feet and is about 94% leased, with the Dallas Central Appraisal District valuing it at $100.5 million for tax purposes.

Lone Star Funds has acquired Premier Place, a 458,000-square-foot office tower at 5910 N. Central Expressway in Dallas, with Glenstar Properties selling the property, according to ConnectCRE.

A JLL team led by Jonathan Napper brokered the transaction. The building is about 94% leased, and CBRE will handle leasing for Premier Place.

ConnectCRE also notes that the Dallas Central Appraisal District assesses the value of the land and building at $100.5 million for tax purposes.

Glenstar will remain the property manager for the tower. ConnectCRE further states that Glenstar purchased Premier Place in 2019 in a deal estimated at nearly $140 million and spent $15 million on updates; the building was delivered in 1985 by Rosewood Properties.
