Newmark arranges $31M sale of Wilsonville Oregon industrial facility

The deal covers a 205,100-square-foot, 24.8-acre site, and the buyer, DCI International, plans to consolidate regional operations and relocate its headquarters there.

ConnectCRE reports that Newmark arranged the $31 million sale of 26440 SW Parkway Avenue in Wilsonville, Oregon, a 205,100-square-foot industrial and manufacturing facility within Parkway Woods Business Park along Interstate 5.

Newmark’s Mark Hush and Jack Ward represented the buyer, DCI International, according to the transaction coverage. The property includes warehouse and manufacturing space, office and laboratory components, several dock-high loading positions, and parking plus trailer storage.

The sale is described as one of the larger industrial transactions completed in the Greater Portland market this year. Hush said that large industrial buildings available for purchase are especially scarce, particularly for users who want to stay near their existing workforce.

DCI International plans to consolidate its regional operations into a single, larger manufacturing hub that will also serve as its new headquarters, the story adds.
