Prime Beverage Group leases 915,720 sf distribution center in Indiana
The 915,720-square-foot cross-docked facility has 40-foot clear height and sits on about 54.6 acres in Fairland, Indiana.
Colliers announced a full-building lease for Velocity 74 Trade Center, a cross-docked industrial distribution facility in Fairland, Indiana. The center is located at 9201 North Frontage Road and totals 915,720 square feet, developed by Indianapolis-based Browning Investments.
The lease covers the property’s 54.6 acres of land and includes features aimed at logistics users, including 40-foot clear height and expandable parking capacity. North Carolina-based Prime Beverage Group, a beverage contract manufacturer, is the tenant.
Colliers’ Indianapolis industrial advisory executive vice presidents Jimmy Cohoat and Jason Speckman represented the landlord, Browning Investments, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Warren Snowdon of Foundry Commercial and Brian Zurawski of Colliers | Indianapolis.
