Sky Equity starts vertical construction on 65 Franklin St. Tribeca condo

The 24-story luxury tower at the Franklin Street and Broadway corner is scheduled for sales to launch next year after breaking ground in April.

Sky Equity Group has started vertical construction on 65 Franklin St., an upcoming luxury condominium in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, according to ConnectCRE. Foundation work is complete, and the 24-story tower is now rising above the corner of Franklin Street and Broadway.

ConnectCRE said the project broke ground in April, with sales slated to launch next year.

The outlet reported that Sky Equity secured a $320 million construction loan with G4 Capital Partners last year for the ground-up condominium.

ConnectCRE added that the firm also acquired the neighboring site at 59 Franklin St. from Bonjour Capital and purchased air rights from 361 Broadway. Following a restructuring and recapitalization with HAP Investments in 2025, Sky Equity became the project’s sole developer.
