Sterling Organization advances marketing of 307 Bruckner Bronx warehouse
The 100,000-square-foot facility is slated for delivery in Q3 2026 and includes high-bay space plus covered fleet parking.
ConnectCRE reports that JLL has started marketing 307 Bruckner, a newly developed industrial property in the Bronx by the Sterling Organization.
The project is scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026 and totals 100,000 square feet. 307 Bruckner is designed as a high-bay warehouse with covered fleet parking, aiming to support occupiers’ supply-chain needs.
ConnectCRE says JLL is positioning the site around its logistics access, noting it is located less than a mile from the RFK, Willis Avenue, and Third Avenue bridges, with immediate connectivity to the Bruckner and Major Deegan expressways.
The coverage adds that the location provides rapid access to a population of more than 16 million across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, northern New Jersey, and Westchester, and quotes Sterling’s JLL leasing leadership on the demand for facilities that shorten delivery windows and improve operating efficiency.
