Trump eulogizes Lindsey Graham as Israel and Ukraine leaders attend funeral

US President Donald Trump eulogised Republican Senator Lindsey Graham on Tuesday, portraying him as a prominent figure in national politics and a foreign policy hawk as Israeli and Ukrainian leaders attended his Washington funeral.
According to the ceremony coverage, lawmakers paid tribute earlier at the Capitol Rotunda, and Trump said nothing of significance happened in the world without Graham having a view on it.
Graham, a South Carolina Republican who died suddenly from a heart ailment on July 11 at age 71, was remembered for regularly calling for an interventionist US role abroad and for backing both Israel and Ukraine.
Both Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky traveled to Washington to attend, while Vice-President J.D. Vance recalled Graham as a compelling Senate figure whose jokes could make him laugh to the point of abdominal cramps, according to Reuters via SCMP Economy.
