Urban Logistics breaks ground on 656,000-sf Harris Ranch warehouse phase

The Phase I project will include five industrial buildings, with groundbreaking set for early August and delivery targeted for the third quarter of 2027.

Urban Logistics Realty has acquired 53 acres of the Harris Ranch site in Denton, Texas, and is beginning Phase I of an industrial development, according to ConnectCRE.

Phase I will comprise five buildings totaling 656,007 square feet, with individual building sizes ranging from 69,000 to 193,000 square feet. The buildings will be offered in single-load configurations ranging from 19,000 to 193,000 square feet.

Groundbreaking for Phase I is scheduled for early August, with an anticipated delivery in the third quarter of 2027. The full two-phase development is planned to total ten buildings and 1,109,207 square feet.

The Harris Ranch project is being developed through a joint venture between Urban Logistics and a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital. First United Bank is providing construction financing, with Holt Lunsford as leasing agent, GSR Andrade Architects as architect, Kimley-Horn as engineer, and Bratjen Construction as general contractor.
