Joint venture secures $81M refinancing loan for Denver-area apartments
The 330-unit Atlas Peakview was delivered in 2025 and has reached 85% occupancy, according to Multihousing News.
Dinerstein Cos. and PGIM have closed an $81 million refinancing loan tied to Atlas Peakview, a 330-unit multifamily community in Centennial, outside Denver, ConnectCRE reports.
Mesa West Capital funded the loan, which was arranged by Walker & Dunlop. Multihousing News says the property was delivered in 2025 and has since reached 85% occupancy.
The deal refinances Atlas Peakview after the project previously received $76.8 million in construction financing from Texas Capital Bank in 2021, according to ConnectCRE.
Atlas Peakview offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus two- and three-bedroom townhomes, and includes amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, coworking space and pet-wash station, the outlet added.
