Managed forex accounts can help investors outsource currency trading

The guide highlights brokers with different managed-account structures, including Interactive Brokers’ managed trading for financial managers and Dukascopy’s PAMM approach.

Benzinga published a guide on managed forex accounts, arguing that currency markets run 24/5 while stock trading is limited to U.S. hours, which can make FX easier to access for investors who have less time to monitor markets.

The piece explains that managed accounts can offload trading work to an expert and lays out several broker options. It describes Interactive Brokers as U.S. regulated, global in reach, and capable of offering access to domestic and international markets, complex securities and derivatives, and automated trading via APIs, while noting it does not offer copy trading or PAMM.

It also covers AvaTrade, which supports forex alongside cryptocurrencies and CFD trading, and describes AvaSocial for linking accounts to trader profiles to automate strategies, plus copy trading products ZuluTrade and DupliTrade. Pepperstone is described as using platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and 5, cTrader, and TradingView, with social trading options including Signal Start, MetaTrader Signals, and copy trading products.

The guide additionally highlights Dukascopy, a Swiss firm that it says offers managed forex accounts using PAMM, which allows clients to allocate specific percentages of portfolios to particular traders for copy trading, and it references a research library.
