Jio Financial Services sets Aug. 10 record date for FY26 final dividend
The company fixed a cut-off of August 19, 2026 for voting eligibility ahead of its AGM, and reported Q2 FY27 consolidated net profit of ₹830 crore.
Jio Financial Services has fixed August 10 as the record date to determine which eligible shareholders will receive its final dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share for FY 2025-26, with investors needing to purchase shares before the record date to qualify. Because India operates on a T+1 settlement cycle, shares bought on or after August 10 will not be eligible for the dividend, the company said in connection with its dividend declaration and Q4 FY26 results.
The payout to eligible shareholders will be made within seven days of the Annual General Meeting, according to the company. Jio Financial Services also set August 19, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote on resolutions proposed in the AGM notice.
On the results side, LiveMint Markets reported that the company posted consolidated net profit of ₹830 crore for Q2 FY27, up 156% year-on-year from ₹325 crore. Profit rose 205% sequentially from ₹272 crore in the March quarter.
The outlet also noted that revenue from operations climbed to ₹2,004 crore, up from ₹612 crore in the preceding quarter, with earnings growth supported by expansion in core income streams, despite higher operating expenses.
Total income increased 141% year-on-year to ₹1,496 crore, driven by interest income of ₹962 crore and fee and commission income of ₹325 crore, the company said. It reported dividend income of ₹509 crore during the quarter, while pre-provision operating profit rose 38% year-on-year to ₹505 crore.
