Lee & Associates completes two industrial lease renewals in Itasca
The renewals total 73,513 square feet, including a 58,513-square-foot renewal for Richards Building Supply at 909 W. Irving Park Road.
Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed two lease renewal transactions in Itasca, totaling 73,513 square feet, according to ConnectCRE. The transactions include a 58,513-square-foot renewal at 909 W. Irving Park Road.
The firm represented the tenant, Richards Building Supply, a national building exterior material supplier, in the renewal. Jeff Galante, SIOR, a principal at Lee & Associates' Illinois office, handled the tenant representation.
Lee & Associates also represented the landlord, Molto Properties, in the renewal of a 15,000-square-foot flex building at 295 Spring Lake Drive, ConnectCRE said. Jeff Janda, SIOR, and Mike Plumb, SIOR, were principals at the Illinois office on the landlord side, while Cal Payne of CBRE represented the tenant, a Fortune 100 auto manufacturing company using the site as a training center.
The 909 W. Irving Park Road property is owned by Westmount Realty Capital, while the second building is described as flex space in Itasca. Both renewals add up to continued occupancy by the listed tenants under renewed lease terms.
