Link Logistics buys 352,396 sq ft of Texas industrial properties

The two infill warehouses, totaling 352,396 square feet, were 100% leased when Link Logistics added them to its portfolio.

ConnectCRE reports Link Logistics has acquired a two-building industrial portfolio totaling 352,396 square feet in Texas, covering logistics locations in the Dallas Fort Worth and Austin metropolitan areas.

The purchase includes a 291,285-square-foot warehouse at 450 Airline Drive in Coppell, Texas, within the DFW Airport submarket, and a 61,111-square-foot facility at 2401 Double Creek Drive in Austin’s Round Rock submarket.

According to ConnectCRE, both properties were 100% leased at the time of the acquisition.

ConnectCRE also notes the deal expands Link Logistics’ footprint in the region, where the company already has more than 30 million square feet of warehouse space across Dallas Fort Worth and more than 7 million square feet across the Austin metro area.
