Vornado and Annaly highlighted among top REIT picks

Vornado Realty Trust, a $7.5 billion market-cap office and retail REIT, reported 2019 revenue of $1.9 billion and an annual dividend yield of 2.1% per share.

Benzinga highlighted Vornado Realty Trust as one of its featured REIT stocks, describing the company as an owner, manager, and developer of office and retail assets with concentration across Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Manhattan.

The outlet said Vornado has a market capitalization of about $7.5 billion, EPS of $1.70, and an annual dividend yield of 2.1% per share, and that it trades more than 303,000 shares per day with high liquidity. Benzinga also cited Vornado’s 2019 revenue of $1.9 billion.

Benzinga also listed Annaly Capital Management and Realty Income in the same REIT-focused roundup. The outlet said Annaly is a mortgage REIT, earning nearly all revenue from the spread between interest on its assets and interest payments on its borrowings, while Realty Income owns roughly 6,600 triple-net-leased properties across 49 states and Puerto Rico, leased to tenants across 47 industries.
