1 Main Capital highlights Hilton Grand Vacations as a new position

The firm’s Q2 2026 investor letter cites a new stake in HGV after the timeshare operator drew investor attention despite the stock’s sharp recent drop.

1 Main Capital Partners said it returned 15.0% in Q2 2026, outperforming the S&P 500 and Russell 2000 over the same period, according to the firm’s second-quarter 2026 investor letter shared via Yahoo Finance.

In the update, the firm described why it initiated a position in Hilton Grand Vacations Inc., a vacation ownership and timeshare operator under the Hilton Grand Vacations brand. The letter says HGV spun out of Hilton Worldwide in 2017 and has grown through acquisitions to more than 200 properties and over 700,000 Club members.

The letter also outlined the structure of Hilton Grand Vacations’ vacation ownership interests, describing how customers can advance purchase stays either at specific locations or through a points-based platform that can be used at other resorts.

Yahoo Finance notes HGV closed at $46.14 per share on July 31, 2026, with a one-month return of -9.6% and a 52-week gain of 4.8%. The company’s market capitalization was listed at $3.62 billion.
