Blue Cloud Softech jumps after MoU for Liberia digital infrastructure

Shares rose as much as 1.7% after the company signed an MoU on July 31, 2026 to plan and implement a Liberia National Digital Infrastructure Project via a public-private partnership.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions shares jumped as much as 1.7% on BSE in Monday trading after the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of the Republic of Liberia.

According to LiveMint Markets, the stock opened at ₹19.88, compared with a previous close of ₹19.50 on Friday.

The filing said the MoU was executed on July 31, 2026 with Liberia's Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and partners including GCIB Africa. It covers planning, development, financing, and implementation of the Liberia National Digital Infrastructure Project through a public-private partnership model.

LiveMint Markets reported that the company described the programme as aimed at anchoring Liberia's digital public infrastructure, data sovereignty, and cybersecurity resilience, with CEO Mudraganam Chandrashekar calling the agreement a significant step toward building sovereign cloud and cybersecurity infrastructure that West African nations can own and rely on.
