Chavda Infra board to consider bonus shares and dividend on Aug 6, 2026
The agenda also includes a construction contract valued at ₹89.45 crore for a residential high-rise in Ahmedabad, lifting its unexecuted order book to about ₹813.90 crore.
Chavda Infra said its board of directors will meet on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the company’s registered office to consider multiple proposals, including the recommendation of bonus shares and the declaration of a dividend, each subject to the required approvals.
In an exchange filing, the company said it will also consider other business with the permission of the chair and the majority of directors. Separately, it noted that in line with SEBI insider trading regulations and its insider trading code, the trading window remains closed until further notice.
Chavda Infra also disclosed it received a Letter of Acceptance from ADI Shantigram Abode LLP for construction of the core and shell of a proposed residential high-rise at Adani Shantigram Township in Ahmedabad. The contract is valued at ₹89.45 crore, excluding GST, and the company said the award increased its total unexecuted order book to about ₹813.90 crore, strengthening revenue visibility.
At the market open, the stock started at ₹127.50 on the NSE, after which it hit an intraday high of ₹131 and an intraday low of ₹126.70, according to the filing.
