The IAC – Wintergreen project includes 7,351 sq ft of office and support space and adds a showroom plus electrical upgrades for battery-charging stations.
ConnectCRE reports that Krusinski Construction Company completed the tenant build-out for Cooper&Hunter at the IAC – Wintergreen development in Hutchins, Texas.
Cooper&Hunter now occupies the remaining 266,788 square feet of the multi-tenant facility, which is located less than 15 minutes south of Dallas.
The build-out includes 7,351 square feet of office and support space split between two areas, plus an additional 1,216-square-foot area within the warehouse for functional office space and restrooms.
ConnectCRE adds that the project also includes a showroom for Cooper&Hunter’s HVAC products and electrical improvements to provide power for battery-charging stations, within a 560,030-square-foot speculative industrial building built by Krusinski Construction.
