BitGo transfers $7.4B Wrapped Bitcoins to Chainlink CCIP

The latest transfer brings the total value migrating from LayerZero to Chainlink to nearly $15 billion, with Wrapped Bitcoin as the largest shift so far.

BitGo has moved $7.4 billion worth of Wrapped Bitcoins to Chainlink using CCIP, according to The Block.

The outlet said the transfer is part of a broader migration away from LayerZero, and that the accumulated value shifted to Chainlink is now close to $15 billion.

The Block added that Wrapped Bitcoin represents the largest single shift yet in this migration.
