Cushman & Wakefield arranges $5.34M financing for Nashville medical office

The deal supports the acquisition of Crossroads Medical Pavilion, a 34,680-square-foot property completed in 2007, with the primary tenant to remain in place.

Cushman & Wakefield arranged $5.34 million in acquisition financing for Onicx Health Care Real Estate for Crossroads Medical Pavilion, a one-story medical office property in Tennessee about 10 miles north of Nashville, according to ConnectCRE.

The property totals 34,680 square feet and was completed in 2007. It will be located at 491 N. Sage Road.

ConnectCRE said Tyler Morss of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team led the assignment representing Onicx Health Care Real Estate in securing financing through a regional bank.

At the time of the sale, the pavilion was 100% leased, and Crossroads Medical Group has been the anchor since the building opened. The multi-specialty and primary care provider is expected to continue as the primary tenant under new ownership, occupying 16,882 square feet, or 49% of the building.
