KDC and Pillar Commercial plan 225,000-SF office tower in Allen, Texas
The nine-story One Bethany North project in Watters Creek Office Park will add a planned 3,500-square-foot restaurant and shared amenities including an outdoor courtyard.
KDC and Pillar Commercial have formed a partnership to develop One Bethany North, a planned Class A office project within Watters Creek Office Park in Allen, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.
The project calls for a nine-story office tower totaling approximately 225,000 square feet of office and common area space, with an outdoor courtyard designed to support walkability and recreation.
Amenities planned for the development include pickleball courts, putting greens, a tenant lounge, conference facilities, and an upscale fitness center.
Pillar Commercial will lead the marketing and leasing effort, and the site is directly across the street from the Delta by Marriott Convention Center Hotel, with a 3,500-square-foot restaurant also planned.
