Bell Partners buys Reading Commons, a 204-unit Boston-area community
The acquisition expands Bell Partners’ Greater Boston ownership and management portfolio to more than 1,450 units, with plans to upgrade interiors and amenities over time.
Bell Partners acquired Reading Commons, a 204-unit apartment community completed in 2006 in Reading, Massachusetts, about 30 minutes north of downtown Boston, according to ConnectCRE.
The deal increases Bell Partners’ Greater Boston ownership and management portfolio to more than 1,450 units. The property, located near Interstate 93 and Route 128, has been rebranded as Bell Reading Commons.
ConnectCRE said Bell Partners plans to enhance the resident experience with upgrades to apartment interiors and community amenities over time.
Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Investment Sales, led by Travis D’Amato, arranged the sale, and neither the seller nor the purchase price was disclosed.
