Salesforce promotes Miguel Milano to operating chief role
Salesforce has named Miguel Milano as its operating chief, according to CNBC Markets. The appointment comes after the company promoted Milano from a revenue-focused leadership role.
CNBC reports that Milano previously worked as an executive at Oracle before joining Salesforce, and the company has placed him in charge of day-to-day operations as Marc Benioff shifts responsibilities within the leadership team.
CNBC World also said the move follows Salesforce’s internal promotion of Milano from his prior position overseeing revenue.
