CBRE arranges sale of A’Cappella Apartments for $112M in Lynnwood

CBRE represented Weidner Apartment Homes in the sale of A’Cappella Apartment Homes, a 387-unit multifamily property in Lynnwood, Washington, for $112 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The community, built in 1989, was recently renovated with updated interior finishes and common-area improvements, and it was 95% occupied when the deal closed.
ConnectCRE also highlighted the property’s location near major employment centers, including Boeing, the Eastside, and downtown Seattle.
The listing notes that Lynnwood is at the northern terminus of Sound Transit’s Link light rail, which opened in August 2024, improving connections to Seattle, SeaTac, and the Eastside.
