Dinari launches USDC trading for 724 tokenized US stocks in the US
Dinari said its tokenized dShares support native USDC dividend payouts for eligible US investors, with settlement in USDC via Circle and broker-dealer partners.
Dinari has opened tokenized U.S. stock trading to eligible US investors, saying 724 tokenized US stocks and ETFs, including every S&P 500 company, can now be bought using USDC from self-custody wallets.
The company said dShares purchases settle in USDC through a partnership with Circle, and broker-dealers can license Dinari’s API-based infrastructure to offer the products to their own customers. The tokens are live on Avalanche’s C-Chain via the Dinari Trading App.
Dinari said the offering currently supports Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Base, and plans to expand to Sei and Solana. The dShares are backed by corresponding underlying securities held in qualified custody, and the company says the design aims to preserve traditional stock ownership protections such as voting rights, cash dividends, and corporate actions.
For the US launch, Dinari highlighted native USDC dividend support, saying holders receive dividend proceeds directly in the stablecoin rather than cash held off-chain. Access is restricted to eligible investors, and Dinari said its tokenized securities are subject to U.S. federal securities laws, with additional capabilities like 24/7 trading and T+0 settlement dependent on regulatory requirements.
