The deal covers 611 units and 701 beds of assisted living and memory care, and the operator will remain Claiborne Senior Living.
Centric Development and Sage Equities have sold five senior housing communities in Atlanta for $147 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The buyer was not disclosed, but the transaction includes an arrangement to retain the incumbent operator, Claiborne Senior Living, to manage the properties.
The portfolio comprises 611 units and 701 beds of assisted living and memory care that Centric Development developed between 2018 and 2022.
Amenities span restaurant-style dining, private dining, movie theaters, game rooms, and landscaped courtyards, and JLL handled the transaction through its National Seniors Housing Capital Markets team.
