Five retail and food brands set to open at Washington Union Station

The Union Station Redevelopment Corporation expects the five new tenants to debut in coming months, following 21 new openings over the past 24 months.

Connect Commercial Real Estate reports that the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation announced a new wave of food and beverage and retail tenants for Washington Union Station, with five newly signed brands scheduled to debut in the coming months.

The lineup includes Andy’s Pizza, Housebar, Capo Deli, Joe & The Juice, and Springbone Kitchen, adding to the station’s mix of retail and dining options.

The additions build on recent leasing momentum at the property, where nine brands launched within the past six months after an additional 12 tenants opened over the prior year and a half.

ConnectCRE notes that in total, 21 new tenants have opened at Union Station over the past 24 months, positioning the venue as an enclosed retail and dining destination built around high transit foot traffic.
