JLL markets $45M Staten Island waterfront multifamily project
The newly completed Lighthouse Point on Bay St. is adjacent to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal and includes 115 residential units in its first phase.
JLL Capital Markets has been retained as sales advisor for Lighthouse Point, a newly completed, transit-oriented Class A multifamily waterfront development in Staten Island, according to ConnectCRE.
The property, located at 5 Bay St. in the St. George neighborhood, is listed with an asking price of $45 million. Lighthouse Point is positioned next to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal.
ConnectCRE said the mixed-use development occupies the former site of the historic U.S. Lighthouse Service’s General Depot, with the recently completed first phase delivering 115 residential units.
The outlet added that JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory is representing the seller, with the team led by Senior Managing Directors Rob Hinckley and Jeff Julien, Managing Director Steven Rutman, and Director Devon Warren. Warren said the project offers a rare opportunity in a market with fewer new development opportunities.
