Link Logistics buys a 402,444-square-foot industrial property in Louisville

The 5100 Jeff Commerce Drive asset sits in Louisville’s Southside/Airport submarket and is near UPS Worldport, GE Appliance Park, and the Ford Assembly Plant.

Link Logistics announced it has added a 402,444-square-foot industrial asset to its portfolio in Louisville, Kentucky, according to ConnectCRE.

The company said the property is located at 5100 Jeff Commerce Drive in the Louisville Southside/Airport submarket, with proximity to UPS Worldport, GE Appliance Park, and the Ford Assembly Plant.

ConnectCRE also reported that Link Logistics was represented by CBRE in the transaction, while the seller was represented by NAI Fortis and Lee & Associates.

Link Logistics said its investment strategy focuses on expanding its presence in markets it views as having long-term relevance for customers and supply chains, and it described the purchase as reflecting continued conviction in Louisville.
