Newmark arranged a long-term, full-building industrial lease totaling 150,316 square feet for Dynamic Manufacturing at 7801 Industrial Drive in Forest Park, Illinois, according to ConnectCRE.
Newmark Senior Managing Director Corey Chase represented the tenant in negotiations, with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. serving as landlord.
The facility will be used for industrial warehousing, electrification and manufacturing operations, and spans 5.07 acres with 4,509 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear heights, six interior loading docks, and parking for 120 vehicles.
Located about 10 miles west of downtown Chicago with access to Interstates 290 and 294, the property offers connectivity across the Chicago metropolitan area and the wider Midwest transportation network.
