The Block reports the firm’s New York-based subsidiary, Wintermute USA, is registered with both the SEC and FINRA.

Wintermute has registered as a broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA, enabling it to operate across traditional securities and digital asset products, according to The Block.
