Bitcoin and ether ETFs pull in $1.1B in strongest inflow week since April

Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas linked the flow surge to the Coldcard wallet exploit, with several Bitcoin funds seeing daily inflows after the hack.

Crypto exchange traded funds tied to bitcoin and ether attracted $1.1 billion in the best weekly inflow since April, according to The Block, citing Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas.

Balchunas said the recent rally was tied to the Coldcard wallet exploit, noting that some bitcoin funds have recorded inflows on multiple days following the hack.

The Block also highlighted that the pullback in momentum appears to have occurred despite relatively low trading volume, framing the week’s gains around ETF demand rather than broad market activity.
