SentinelOne executive sells shares to cover tax liabilities ahead of earnings

An SEC Form 4 filing shows the sale was non-discretionary, tied to tax payments from settled restricted stock units, and leaves the executive with $15.3 million of remaining shares.

SentinelOne product and technology president Anas G. Pinczuk sold 6,230 shares of Class A common stock on August 6, according to an SEC Form 4 filing cited by Yahoo Finance.

The transaction value was based on a weighted average sale price of $20.09, while the post-transaction value used the August 6 market close at $20.76.

The outlet reports the sale was non-discretionary and required by the company’s equity incentive plan to cover tax liabilities related to restricted stock unit settlement.

Pinczuk still holds 737,716 shares, with a market value of $15.31 million as of the August 6 close, and SentinelOne shares had delivered about 20% total return over the prior 12 months leading into the transaction.
