ServiceNow launches six Autonomous Security tools under Shift Zero

The company tied the new offerings to its security and risk franchise, which it said crossed $1 billion in annual contract value.

ServiceNow unveiled six new Autonomous Security solutions under a platform it calls Shift Zero, positioning them to detect and address threats before they become breaches.

In support of the push, Yahoo Finance reports that ServiceNow said its security and risk franchise has surpassed $1 billion in annual contract value, backed by Q2 2026 subscription revenues of $3.88 billion, up 23% year over year in constant currency, and a remaining performance obligation base of $29 billion.

The company also pointed to retention and deal traction, citing a 98% renewal rate and saying its cyber solutions were included in 16 of its top 20 deals and appeared in 80% of its largest contracts overall.

ServiceNow tied the strategy to reducing the complexity of fragmented enterprise security stacks, noting that the average enterprise runs more than 70 separate security tools, and it aimed to consolidate exposure management, identity, cyber physical assets, incident response, and compliance into a governed system.
