ENRG Realty rolls out medical, dental, and vision plans for agents

HousingWire reports ENRG Realty is rolling out nationwide medical, dental, and vision insurance for its agents.
The brokerage says the plans have no waiting periods, cover pre-existing conditions, and are not a cost-sharing program, adding that coverage is delivered through national provider networks for consistent access across its markets.
HousingWire notes the company frames health insurance as a long-standing gap for real estate agents, many of whom are classified as independent contractors and typically do not receive employer-sponsored benefits.
ENRG Realty co-founder and president Erinn Nobel said in the announcement that agents cannot grow or care for clients if they are focused on their own health first, and it wants to make health insurance available to them.
