Hasaki lands first U.S. store with 7,000 sq ft lease in Cudahy
CBRE also arranged a second 7,000-square-foot location in Anaheim, slated to open in the fourth quarter.
CBRE has arranged a 7,000-square-foot retail lease for Vietnamese beauty and personal care retailer Hasaki at Cudahy Plaza in Cudahy, marking the brand’s first U.S. store, ConnectCRE reports.
Hai T. Dang, working out of CBRE’s San Jose office, represented the tenant, while Excel Realty Partners, LP is listed as the landlord.
Cudahy Plaza, at 7903 to 8017 South Atlantic Avenue, is an open-air retail center anchored by national retailers including Sprouts Farmers Market and Burlington.
Hasaki, founded in 2016, operates more than 300 stores, 18 clinics, and a nationwide e-commerce platform in Vietnam, and CBRE also represented Hasaki in a second 7,000-square-foot retail location at Magnolia Square in Anaheim scheduled to open in the fourth quarter.
