Robinhood launches UK all-in-one app with zero-fee crypto trading

The update adds access to more than 50 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, alongside stocks, ISAs, options, and futures.

Robinhood is expanding in the U.K. with an all-in-one app that combines crypto trading with traditional brokerage products, including stocks and shares ISAs, equities, options, and futures, according to CoinDesk and The Block.

The company said it is introducing zero-fee crypto trading in the U.K., alongside access to more than 50 cryptocurrencies. Those holdings include Bitcoin and Ethereum, and the app routes crypto trading via Bitstamp, the exchange Robinhood acquired in 2025, CoinDesk reported.

Robinhood is also rolling out a generative AI feature called “Robinhood Cortex Digests for Crypto,” which analyzes breaking news, market data, technical indicators, and Robinhood’s proprietary insights. The AI is designed to explain in plain English the factors driving price moves for individual crypto assets, CoinDesk said.

Robinhood framed the change as a low-cost alternative to U.K. platforms it characterized as using opaque pricing structures and wide spreads, and it said the move broadens its crypto ecosystem for U.K. customers. The company also noted that U.K. developers can build on Robinhood Chain, a layer 2 blockchain built on the Arbitrum platform, CoinDesk reported.
